Location: From Bibb - Jones County line in southern Jones County, travel north on U.S. 129 for approx. 1 mile to Joycliff Rd. and turn right. Travel approx. 1.8 miles to the intersection of New Clinton Rd. and turn right. Travel approx. 1 mile to Sun Valley Dr. and turn right. Several sources have reported that a cemetery was located on the hill to the left. It is not known to this researcher if the cemetery was relocated or if it was so poorly marked that it was not recognized as such prior to the construction of the apartments. No signs remained to indicate that a cemetery had been present.
