The Friends of Baldwin County Cemeteries, Inc. was a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity that existed from 2000-2015. In that time, the Friends made many significant repairs to Memory Hill Cemetery. Below are some of them.

• Repair of the Lamar brick wall - 2015
• Removal of tree causing damage to Beall fence - 2015
• Painting of Benjamin Jordan fence, Joseph Miller fence, Carl Vinson's fence and Lewis fence - 2013-2015
• Repair of the brick slabs of the Adams and Hogue children; repair of Fowler brick coping; repair of the Geddes-Hawley brick slab - 2014
• Installation of water line - 2013
• Repair of Jacob Caraker brick wall - 2013
• Repair of Odd Fellows Fence - 2013
• Repair of Orrin H. Shaw box grave - 2013
• Repair of the skull's head (Taylor family) fence - 2012
• Boughton Family Fence repair - 2011
